Albert Harraka under the profile “Anteate96418784” has violated my copyright several times in a short period of time. The problem I’ve had is that to avoid proving damages, I’d have to prove intent to violate and continue to violate copyright. Albert recently removed that obstacle.

With this post, he’s thanking those who shared his copyright violation and saying I can’t get all of them down. I’m not sure what he’s talking about with 90 days. After speaking to an attorney, this is more than enough to intent to continue to violate.

Albert continues to re-upload videos that I’ve taken down. As you can see, right after my takedown of the 3:46 video, he uploaded the the same video again. That very clearly shows that he doesn’t care about violating copyright. After all this, I won’t have to prove damages.

The most recent post by Albert Harraka fully acknowledges that I keep taking down the video. This completely supports a willfulness argument. And if he tries to pull a “fair use” argument, 4 short sentences on 3 minutes, 46 seconds isn’t likely to succeed. Other uploads have less commentary.

Twitter / X has reviewed and acknowledged my copyright on several occasions. I have numerous emails from them acknowledging their enforcement.
This week I will officially register my video with the copyright office and then, likely sue Albert Harraka. His own posts have greatly helped my case.
