Valerie McGilvrey’s Neighbor Claims
She went out to confront the group herself, things escalated, she followed one of the individuals as they were leaving, she claims she was struck by someone, and the 911 dispatcher told her multiple times to stop following people. It got chaotic. Oh, and she yelled that she had someone’s shoe.
