Before getting into this, some background is needed. In late 2025 I did reporting on Erin Dempsey, the owner of a Massachusetts cheerleading company called Cheerletics. The content I reported on was disturbing – videos posted to social media that I found wholly inappropriate involving minor children. After I reported on it, Dempsey pursued an HPO against me in Massachusetts court. I fought it and won after the judge reviewed the evidence. What follows is how Valerie McGilvrey used that situation while showing zero concern for what was actually being reported on. I would like to note that Erin Dempsey took down all the content that I reported on and stopped calling the girls “hoochies.”

This predates the Dempsey situation but sets the stage. Valerie is asking rhetorically whether she could get an HPO against me for her neighbor situation, the videos I’ve done, and my “constant need to lie.” She never filed anything. But she’s clearly watching the HPO process and thinking about how to use it.

The HPO had just been issued. Valerie is celebrating. She posts the full court case details – Massachusetts Trial Court, Haverhill District Courthouse, Courtroom 1, case number 2538ro000628, December 5, 2025 – and tells people where to go listen to the hearing. She calls it a “smackdown.” Her friend @kookaburrafiles (Richard Heinz) predicts it will be one of many big losses for me, calling me “Erica.” Valerie says the judge “saw right through his BS” and claims it’s probably the same judge from a 2020 case where she says I had a case against her dismissed. It was not.
What she doesn’t mention is that the judge didn’t get to see all my evidence at that hearing. That’s in the court record. The case was ultimately dismissed after the judge reviewed the actual evidence. No correction from Valerie. No follow-up.
Concerning the gun short, here’s what’s actually true. I posted a separate video on Facebook that showed a few guns and was titled something along the lines of best investment of 2026. It had nothing to do with Erin Dempsey. Dempsey herself referenced my Facebook investment video under oath – not the “For the Trolls” video Valerie is pushing here. Then Dempsey’s own attorney, Corey Silva, later cited the “For the Trolls” video – one that predated me knowing who Dempsey was – which directly contradicted his own client’s sworn testimony.

Here Valerie is responding to an account called @ontologyofRouge, an account belonging to a Massachusetts man who has been arrested in connection with a violent crime (using a bike chain against two black individuals, yelling the N word at them. He put one of them in the hospital). She encourages him to file an HPO against me, telling him “when she got hers he had to stop posting, that is worth the day in court” and that she has “all his videos” about him.
Valerie is actively coaching someone on how to use the court system to silence me, specifically noting that the value of an HPO is that it forces me to stop posting. She also claims to have a collection of my videos ready to hand over. This is not someone passively commenting on a situation.

Valerie claims I was harassing her on X while simultaneously sitting in court for my HPO appeal. She says it was 9:30 AM in Massachusetts when I supposedly posted.
There is a problem. The post she’s referencing was timestamped 7:23 AM. Court wasn’t even open yet. She tries to account for the time difference between Texas and Massachusetts but even adding that hour doesn’t get me to 8:35 AM when court opened to the public. My “The Skip Tracer” account pointed this out directly in the thread. Valerie’s response was to call me a moron.

Valerie confirms she spoke to Dempsey’s attorney Corey Silva not just about the HPO but about her own federal case with me and how to pursue criminal action against me in Texas. She’s confirming on her own Twitter that she was coordinating with opposing counsel from a completely separate case while an active federal defamation lawsuit I filed against her is ongoing.

Valerie posts a public witness list, naming Richard Heinz, Erin Dempsey, Joseph Atkins, Capt. Victor Muzzey with New Hampshire State Police, Michael Santos, Sabrina Hansen, and Chris Cloud. She threatens criminal action if I contact any of them. There is no law that I can’t have interactions with the people she mentioned because she makes a “public notice” Twitter / X post. Valerie is not in any position of authority over my actions with others.
Erin Dempsey is on her “witness list.” The same Erin Dempsey whose HPO against me was dismissed after the judge reviewed the evidence. The same attorney whose own testimony contradicted his client in open court.

Months after the case was dismissed in my favor, Valerie is still posting about it. She says I used my home address as a business address and therefore have no exposure claim, citing something the judge said to Dempsey. The fact is, my home address hasn’t been used as a business address in a very long time. Her logic doesn’t hold up.

Still going. She says I’ve been “calling Dempsey and her attorney liars for months” and that they really need to see a video. The case is over. I won. The documented account of the entire situation is linked at the top of this post. Erin Dempsey lied. Corey Silva (the attorney) lied. This is documented and proven. Not only did the attorney lie, but his own lies were refuted by his own client! I very openly have and will state that Corey Silva is a liar.
The Bigger Picture
Not once across any of these posts does Valerie express any concern about what I was actually reporting on. Videos involving minor children posted to a cheerleading company’s social media and affiliated social media. Content the Georgetown Police reviewed and documented. Content Dempsey removed after I reported on it. Content that any parent or concerned adult should immediately rebuke and demand it be removed from the internet. A video zooming in and out between a little girl’s legs. A little girl dressed like a pimp. A young girl with her mouth open and bobbing her head up and down on a microphone. A young girl asleep or passed out next to a can of High Noon (alcohol) with her shorts / skirt pushed up. Erin Dempsey teaching a five year old girl on video how to pronounce hoochie (a sexually promiscuous woman) and referring to the underage girls as hoochies online.
None of that comes up. What comes up is celebrating a temporary court loss for me, coaching someone arrested in connection with a violent crime to file an HPO, coordinating with opposing counsel while a federal lawsuit against her is pending, and still bring up a case that was dismissed in my favor months ago.
