I want to be clear about something before we get into this. I have never contacted Valerie McGilvrey’s neighbors. Not once. Not ever. I don’t know her neighbors. I have never been in contact with them in any way, shape, or form. I live in Massachusetts. She lives in Texas. That’s not a minor detail.
With that said, let’s look at what she’s actually posted publicly on X under her handle @Skipvue. Because every time she posts about me and her neighbors, the details of what I supposedly did are different.
The Neighbor Claims: A Timeline

This is where it starts. She posts that a neighbor “stalked her for him” and agreed to “tell the truth” and that I’m “done as soon as she gets her case filed.” Two things worth noting. One, no case was ever filed against me by Valerie McGilvrey. What does exist is an active federal defamation lawsuit that I filed against her. Two, in this version, a neighbor is actively working against me and ready to testify. Keep that in mind.

Now the story is different. She claims a neighbor blocked her in a parking lot and screamed at her about me. She calls me “scary” and says I “have no filters” and that I “have had no issues reaching out to the people she called the police on to retaliate against her.” The neighbor ready to testify against me from the October post? No mention of that. Gone.

Now the claim gets more specific. She says I called her neighbors directly, had them video her, take pictures inside her car, and that one neighbor screamed at her from across a parking lot and blocked her in. She says the woman recording her was on the phone with me.
Except here are her exact words: “I think because I’m pretty sure I heard his voice.”
I think. Pretty sure. That’s the standard of evidence being used to accuse me of coordinating surveillance on her through her neighbors. Worth noting she also lives in a condo complex, meaning there are multiple neighbors. She never identifies who specifically supposedly called me or who I supposedly called. She ends the post with “I’ve never stalked him.” I’ll leave that one there.

Now a neighbor is harassing her, getting arrested, getting put in a mental hospital, and can still buy a gun. No mention of me coordinating anything. No mention of phone calls. No mention of video surveillance. No mention of a neighbor ready to testify against me in court. Just a neighbor she has to avoid who has nothing to do with me.
So across these posts, every time she brings up her neighbors in relation to me, the story is different. One post it’s a neighbor stalking her on my behalf ready to testify. Another it’s coordinated surveillance where she thinks she maybe heard my voice. Another it’s a neighbor screaming my name in a parking lot. And then it’s a neighbor with mental health issues who has nothing to do with me at all. If something actually happened involving me and her neighbors, you’d expect at least some consistency in what that something was. There isn’t any.

She posts a Blink camera video of someone outside her door and says “Gee I wonder who this might be taking pics of my door.” Someone named Richard Smith replies asking if I’m on crutches. She confirms the person has a crutch and suggests if he’s a process server he’ll lose his certification.
I don’t use crutches. I was in Massachusetts. I had witnesses and was livestreaming from my home around that time.
Think about this for a second. I have an active federal lawsuit against Valerie McGilvrey. If I actually showed up at her door in Texas, that would have been an immediate police call, an emergency court filing, and the loudest thing she posted about in months. Instead there was one tweet, one reply, a maybe-it’s-a-process-server comment, and then complete silence. No police report. No follow-up. Nothing. Because it wasn’t me.
The Pool Incident and the FOIA
This is relevant because it shows a pattern in how Valerie handles conflict with people around her in her condo complex, and what happens when you actually check the records behind her claims.
She posted multiple times about an incident at her condo pool where she confronted a group of young adults who had broken in late at night. In her telling, someone got arrested and she was thanked by property management for her efforts.

I submitted a FOIA request to her county sheriff’s office and received records including a recording from that night. The recording tells a different story. She went out to confront the group herself, things escalated, she followed one of the individuals as they were leaving, she claims she was struck by someone, and the 911 dispatcher told her multiple times to stop following people. It got chaotic. Oh, and she yelled that she had someone’s shoe. Listen to the video!
As for the arrest she mentions, I did not find any record of an arrest in the materials I received. I’m not saying definitively nobody was arrested. But if someone had been taken into custody that night you’d expect it to be documented. It wasn’t anywhere in the report that I got. Valerie has never posted proof that I’ve seen.
She says the property manager thanked her for her efforts. That may be true. But the recording shows her chasing someone through a parking lot at midnight while on the phone with 911, being told repeatedly to stop. Draw your own conclusions.
The Bottom Line
I have never contacted Valerie McGilvrey’s neighbors. The claim started in October 2024 (on Twitter / X) with a neighbor supposedly ready to testify against me in a case that was never filed.
